The story is set in Victorian England. It follows the adventures of 17-year old Lydia Carlton, who is nicknamed the "Fairy Doctor" due to her interest in fairies. Her life takes a 180-degrees turn when she meets Edgar J.C Ashenbert, the "Legendary Blue Knight Count" and his crew on a sea voyage to London. Edgar hires her as an adviser during his quest to obtain a treasured sword that was supposed to be handed down to him by his family.
My Thoughts:
I really do not like a lot of shojo anime a lot but I was in the mood since most of the anime I have been watching have been action packed or political. I was just in the mood for something light.
This was definitely a romance, shojo anime and you will definitely get it within the first episode. I normally do not like a lot of romantic, teeny bopper shtuff but I did enjoy some parts of this series. If you were a girl in your teens then yep, definitely will love this series. I honestly did not have any expectations from this series which I guess helped me watch it. LOL. I like fairies too so it definitely helped.
Overall, I will give this series a 2 out of 5. Depending on your taste you will either love this or hate this. I did enjoy the series but will never even recommend this unless they were up for a little teeny bopper romance. LOL. I just must be getting old.
