Plot (From ANN):
Kimihiro Watanuki is a young boy with a cursed gift. He has the ability to see evil spirits, and somehow they seem attracted to himself. One day he meets a misterious woman who names herself Yuuko. She claims to have the means to end his torment, but she never works for free, and she wouldn't help him until he works for her enough to pay for her services. Thus he starts to work in her shop and discovers that in that place, nothing is what it seems.

My Final Thoughts:
Ok. So I was looking around the store and found the complete box set of xxxHolic. My cousin, who loves anime, told me that I probably would like this so I bought the box set.

The art work used on this series, much like Nabari No Ou, took a little getting used to. In Nabari No Ou the characters were very thin. On this series they were very thin and well...tall. LOL. The good news is you will definitely get used to it.

This was definitely not an action anime either. You have to pay attention a little bit more since this was more of a conversation type of anime and there were also a lot of comedic moments. xxxHolic was definitely more of a light anime and it was a good break from all other animes I have been watching. My only gripe about this series is that the episodes were very episodic. You really will not miss much if you skipped an episode. I wish they had developed the characters a little bit better to have more depth in them but it you can definitely overlook it.

The opening and ending songs were not to my liking so I basically skipped all that! LOL!

Overall, I give this a 3.5 out of 5. I know I own the box set but this is definitely not for everyone.
