Plot (From ANN):
Ban Mido and Ginji Amano are a recovery duo infamously known as "GetBackers." Ban possesses two special powers: the "Snake Bite" (his hands have a gripping power of 200kg) and the "Evil Eye" (anyone who looks into his eyes will be locked into a powerful and nightmarish hallucination). Ginji, on the other hand, has the ability to generate thousands of volts of electricity from his body. Together, they run a freelance business of recovering anything lost or stolen from a client - and they claim a 100% success rate at their job.

My Final Thoughts:
For some weird reason, I have been craving some good action shounen anime and I heard that this was a decent series to watch. Granted the title is not exactly fascinating but I decided to give it a try.

I do have to say that this was a pretty good series, granted I did skip at most 10 episodes. I skipped well most of the episodes that were episodic. It definitely had some good action and the characters were funny and endearing. I do have to say I preferred Ban more than Ginji but overall even the supporting characters were funny and cool.

The animation would get off once in awhile but I can overlook that if the story is good and they did have good storylines. Some of the action scenes were not as fluid but it was ok too.

Overall, I would give this a 4.5 out of 5. I probably would buy this series if I was younger...definitely a must see.
