Plot (From ANN):
Noboru and Toru are two brothers that have grown away from their family's secret. The fact that their family can use the Water ki and can ward off demons. But when a demon is after Toru's life, in order for the family to keep him safe they need to awaken the fox-spirit Kūgen. Kūgen will not help for the sake of the family but only for the sake of the children's late mother.
My Final Thoughts:
Lately I have been into the omnyouji plots. I have been finding some that have really caught my attention and have really taken me to another place if you know what I mean. Unfortunately for me, my luck has run out! LOL!
I thought Wagaya No Oinari-sama would start to get better as it got along because the characters were quite interesting but it did not. It really just fell flat for me or maybe it is just that I am older that I did not enjoy this much. It is a pretty decent shounen anime but it was more comedic I guess for my taste.
Overall, I give this a 2.5 out of 5. Like I said if I watched this in my younger days I probably would enjoy it.
